What is the contractual setup?
A simple service agreement, signed with GoLive Software LLC, the company that operates Extra Dev. No long-term commitment and no minimum number of days: you scale or stop the engagement with short notice.
How does billing work?
$210 per day, all included, with no hidden fees. GoLive Software bills monthly, in arrears, on the days actually worked.
Who owns the code that's delivered?
You do, 100%. The code, the deliverables and the intellectual property are entirely yours, written in black and white in the contract.
How does onboarding work?
You receive a first profile within 48h. You talk directly with the developer (8+ years of experience) before starting. With the contract and access in place, the engagement can begin in under 7 days.
What if the developer isn't the right fit?
Every engagement starts with a trial period. If the profile doesn't match your expectations, we replace them, at no cost.
How do you handle the time difference?
Vietnam gives you a wide overlap with the European morning, and you talk live every day with a daily standup on the tasks. In practice the time difference works for you: the work moves forward while you sleep.
